Ordering & Product Information

• Order Acceptance: Orders are offers to buy, not contracts. Global Sports Link reserves the right to reject orders due to errors in price, description, or availability.
• Contract Formation: A contract is only formed once the goods are dispatched.
• Accuracy: Global Sports Link aims for accuracy but reserves the right to correct errors in descriptions, prices, or availability at any time.

Exchanges & Returns

• Timeframe: Notify Global Sports Link within 14 days of receipt and return items within 30 days.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
• Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping; proof of delivery is recommended.
• Refund Deductions: Up to £10 may be deducted for non-faulty returns due to subsidised shipping.

Cricket Bats

• Knocking-In Service: Orders for bats with knocking-in cannot be cancelled or returned.
• Warranty Conditions: Bats must be oiled and knocked in properly. Damage from misuse or poor preparation is not covered.

Product Warranties

• Manufacturer Warranty: Varies by product. Customer covers return costs.
• No Refunds: Faulty items may be repaired or replaced. If unavailable, a credit note is issued — no refunds under warranty claims.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping and any replacement delivery costs.

Delivery & Shipping

• Standard Dispatch: Same-day processing for orders placed before 1:30 PM (Mon–Fri).
• Delivery Methods:
  • Small items: Royal Mail
  • Large items: DPD (signature required)
• Missed Deliveries: Two attempts; after that, the order is returned, and extra costs may apply.
• Free Delivery: Offered on eligible orders, but up to £10 may be deducted if item is returned.
• International Orders:
  • Estimated costs shown at checkout — subject to adjustment.
  • Customer pays import duties/taxes.
  • If refused at delivery, return costs are deducted from refund.

Racket Demo Service

• Eligible Products: Select rackets only.
• Return Condition: Must be returned in original condition within 7 days.
• Do Not Remove: Overgrip, plastic sleeve, or demo tape.
• Damage: Misused rackets may incur charges or be rejected.
